If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, replacement or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, minus the shipping costs.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.
- Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to process returns on swimsuits and earrings.
- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping & handling charges on FREE items are non-refundable.
We will only exchange items that are defective or damaged. We will address each issue on a case-by-case basis. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns & Refund Process:
- Email request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at email@example.com
- Include your order number and state your reason for return/replacement/exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide you with an address for shipping (DO NOT return your item back to our manufacturer)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will automatically be issued in the original form of payment.
You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
