Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. We primarily serve the United States, but can accommodate international requests. Send all international inquiries to email@example.com
Q: When will my order arrive?
A. Once your order has been placed, your package should arrive within 2-3 weeks to most destinations in the United States. Canadian and International orders may take longer due to distance and customs.
Q. Where are you shipping from?
A. Like many international companies, we currently ship from our warehouse in Asia. This allows us to keep costs low on merchandise and pass those savings along to you. While this does impact shipping times, the savings from this method along with not having a physical store front allows us to offer such competitive pricing. And like the saying goes, good things come to those who wait!
Q. Who ships my items?
A. Your items are processed by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Most of our products come with a tracking ID that you can enter in the 'Track My Order' section of our website. Tracking IDs will be provided to you via email within 3 days of placing an order, although this can take a little longer if an order is placed over a weekend. Please allow up to 5-10 days after your order is placed for the courier to activate the tracking ID.
Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?
A. We try to ship items out in small packages where possible so that you don't get hit with large charges at customs. This also helps to avoid making you wait for items that may take a little longer to fulfill upfront. Rest assured that all your items will arrive safely and usually come with a unique tracking ID for each package.
Q. Will my data be used by other third parties?
A. No, we value your privacy. Your personal details will never be shared or sold to any third party vendors.
Q. How safe is it to place an order on your site? Will you have access to my bank details?
A. Your card details are secure. Payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Sillage Boutique itself does not have access to your card details. Your payment is processed through Shopify (supported by Stripe) and is later remitted to ourselves.
